Registered Access The majority of the CatalystRx.com website is accessible only to registered users. To become a registered user, you must receive prescription benefits from a company that has hired Catalyst Rx to provide you with online prescription services. Your employer or Catalyst Rx will provide you with the information you need in order to complete the registration process. There are several areas of CatalystRx.com that are open to the general public, however these areas of the website may provide additional information or services for registered users.

Children You should be aware that our websites are not intended for, or designed to attract, children under the age of 13. As noted above, we do not collect personally identifiable information -- including an individual's age.

Personally Identifiable Information Catalyst collects personally identifiable information, such as names, addresses, e-mail addresses and the like, only when voluntarily provided by a website visitor via e-mail.
